Your soft skills can determine how successful you are in the workplace today. Soft skills complement hard skills which are those abilities that
appear on your resume, such as your education, experience and current level of expertise.

Employers now value soft skills so much that are part of the interview process. This is because they have determined that soft skills are an
excellent indicator of future job performance.
